All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been successfully received.
Once an order has been processed, it will be dispatched for delivery.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

The customer may be required to pay the cost of re-shipping the order.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or confirmed as lost by the courier, Trevli will assist in resolving the matter with the courier service.
Any refunds or replacements will be handled in accordance with the courier’s investigation outcome.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos of the damage
Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or store credit.
Public Holidays & Unforeseen Delays
Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, high-demand periods, strikes, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control. Trevli cannot be held liable for such delays.
