Hygiene & Final Sale Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

All skincare products are final sale once shipped to ensure every customer receives products that are fresh, unused, and safe.
Your Rights Under South African Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Not reasonably fit for its intended purpose
You are entitled, within 6 months of delivery, to choose:

If a defect is confirmed, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer
Individual skin types vary. We recommend performing a patch test before full application.
Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse skin responses do not automatically qualify as product defects under the CPA.
Shipping & Courier Responsibility
We are not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a parcel is officially confirmed lost by the courier, we will assist with the claims process and resolution.
